SECS hold a seminar on Current Telecommunication Industrial Trend and Expectation from Educational Institutes

Mr. Md. Anwarul Hoque, Lab Head of Samsung Bangladesh R&D Center, spoke at an interactive session on Current Telecommunication Industrial Trend and Expectation from Educational Institutes at the School of Engineering & Computer Science of Independent University, Bangladesh on 27 March, 2014. Dr. Ali Shihab Sabbir, the Dean of School of Engineering & Computer Science (SECS) officially inaugurated the seminar. At his speech, Mr. Hoque provided the students with the knowledge about the booming growth of Samsung and its strata on a global network. He then added to his presentation about the different genres where Samsung is currently expanding and is widely opening up arms for new ideas which will result to be the killer ones in the market. He then followed to give the students clear idea about what skills are to be embedded in the newly fresh engineering minds to work in one of the world’s most popular brands. He answered a large number of questions that risened up from the audience. The session did hold the attention of students and faculty members from EEE and CSE departments. The seminar was conducted by the IEEE IUB student branch.
