­­­The Chairman & Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh Mr. Kamran Bakr delivered a lecture on the topic “How to prepare for Jobs” for the students of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) at the university’s permanent campus at Bashundhara, Dhaka on 10 July 2012. The office of Career Guidance & Placement of IUB organized the talk. Mr. Kamran described the essential qualities a student must have to get a dream job in a multinational company and showed the way to reach at the top of the ladder. He talked about the techniques of facing an interview board successfully. Prof. M Omar Rahman, Vice Chancellor, IUB, was present as the Chief Guest on the occasion. Members of the faculty and management were also enjoyed the lecture along with a good number of students mainly from the School of Business. Mr Mizanur Rahman, Consultant, CGP delivered the welcome address and introduced the guest while Mr A H Lutful Hassan, Dy Director, CGP delivered the formal vote of thanks.
