The Art Club of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) organized an art exhibition titled The Effigy of the Moving Time on 25^th July, 2012 at the academic block of the university permanent campus. The theme of the exhibition was Leonardo da Vincci’s master piece ‘the Last Supper’. Keeping the great art in mind, the students who enrolled in the course Art and Aesthetics 101 produced their version of the Last Supper. The Exhibition will remain open till Thursday, 9^th August, 2012. The exhibition was launched by Prof. M Omar Rahman, Vice Chancellor, IUB. He thanked Prof. Nazir Ahmed, Assistant Professor, School of Liberal Arts and social Sciences (SLASS) and urged the students to study and do more research on art and culture.
