What is Lean Six Sigma?
Lean Six Sigma refers to the reduction of non-value-added activities and variations in the process. It aims for a 76% growth rate with 3.4 defects per million opportunities.
Course Objective:
This 12-hr course will introduce Lean Six Sigma tools & techniques to business & technical graduates who can propel their respective organizations towards best-in-class status by reducing costs, eliminating defects, and significantly increasing customer satisfaction. Topics to be covered include DMAIC, 6S, 3M, Fish-bone, Hypothesis testing, Poka-yoke, VSM etc.
