Manab Kallyan Parished-MKP established in 1984 at the local development workers and social activities in the northern part of Bangladesh. MKP is registered with the Department of Social Services and NGO affairs Bureau. Since its inception MKP has been involved in the field of disadvantage peoples development. Different issues of women, children, human rights, agriculture, environment and alternative legal practices in gender and good governance perspective are the main areas that MKP has been involved. MKP is committed to institutionalize gender concept and good governance among development partners, like-minded NGO, govt. offices and group through advocacy, campaign and networking approach.
